How do I bring my watch in?

You can visit the workshop directly at 224 Ratchadamri Road, Lumphini, Bangkok — Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. It is also fine to contact us first to discuss your watch before bringing it in. We do not require an appointment for drop-off, though you're welcome to arrange one.

Will you check the watch before deciding on a service?

Yes. For any watch that comes in, we carry out an intake inspection and note what is found. If a more involved service is needed than originally discussed, we will explain this plainly and wait for your decision before continuing. No work beyond what is agreed will be carried out.

How long does each service take?

Inspection & Light Service takes around one to two weeks. A Full Service typically runs three weeks. Restoration & Record work, which is more thorough and includes photographic documentation, takes six to eight weeks. We communicate these timelines clearly at intake and will let you know if anything changes.

What types of watches do you work on?

We focus on mechanical watches — manual and automatic movements. Vintage and older pieces are welcome; restoration is a particular area of care for us. If you have a question about a specific piece, please contact us and we can give you a straightforward answer about whether it falls within our scope.

Are the prices shown final?

The listed prices are the standard service rates. In some cases — for example, if a worn component needs replacement, or if additional work is identified during inspection — the final cost may differ. We will discuss any variation with you before proceeding, so there are no unexpected charges.

Is there a warranty on completed work?

Yes. Work completed at Siam carries a 12-month service warranty covering the work performed. If the watch develops an issue related to a serviced function within that period, bring it back and we will review it without charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, and water ingress on non-tested cases are not covered.
